Payment
We are only able to accept payment via PayPal we can shipping only registered address on paypal. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Cancellations & Returns
1) Cancellation or returns will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description. If that, please let us know within 3 days you got the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any charge incurred shipping products back.
2) We do not accept any “return” and “refund” after opened and used the item we shipped. That is without shipping accidents.
3)Please show us the picture or movie if you got the item, initial factory failure.
We will help you, but then please cover the fee like shipping fee, and re-shipping fee. Usually, most of item, initial factory failure have to declare the condition to Maker like Bandai, directly.
